Committed to building an international community of quantum experts, Sumit Kumar founded the online educational platform, QuCode, to make quantum theory, coding, and job opportunities accessible to all. The community has quickly grown in popularity, and today includes over 5,000 people.

As part of QuCode, Kumar established the 21 Days of Quantum Computing Challenge, designed to enable beginners to develop a strong grounding in quantum mechanics, mathematics, and coding. The initiative received over 500 sign-ups within five days of launching. Kumar is currently developing his next community endeavour, a free platform that disseminates quantum job opportunities, events, and research developments.

Through his commitment to promoting quantum education among students from all backgrounds and connecting them with industry professionals, Kumar has helped thousands of people to develop quantum skills, supporting the next generation of quantum professionals.
