Dr. Luu Nguyen’s work bridges advanced electronics to deliver practical and scalable quantum computing. At PsiQuantum, he applies decades of expertise in semiconductor packaging and design to tackle the engineering and supply chain challenges of developing a fault-tolerant quantum computer.

Prior to joining PsiQuantum, Nguyen contributed pioneering work in wafer-level packaging, high-voltage electronics, sensors, optoelectronics, printed electronics, and thermal management. He has authored more than 260 technical papers and holds over 90 patents.

A Life Fellow of IEEE, Fellow of ASME, Hertz Fellow, and Fulbright Scholar, Nguyen also serves as Co-Chair of the IEEE Quantum Initiative and on the Steering Committee of IEEE Quantum Week (QCE), helping shape global dialogue and collaboration in quantum engineering. His leadership in advancing cross-disciplinary innovation and building a community around quantum science demonstrates technical rigour, collaboration, and stewardship in the field.
