SIQuA international workshop will be held on Friday, May 23, 2025, at the Maison de la Création et de l’Innovation of Grenoble Alpes University.
The development and deployment of quantum technologies is expected to have a major impact on society. This cross-disciplinary workshop brings together experts from different disciplines to integrate the protection of human rights, equity, diversity, and inclusion into the design of new technologies.

Interdisciplinary research will develop appropriate governance models and legal frameworks to manage the transformative effects, benefits, and potential risks of quantum sciences and technologies (QST).

This international workshop aims to create new interdisciplinary collaborations between the French, European, and Quebec research communities and strengthen existing ones.

This event is part of the SHS for Quantum Meetings in Grenoble, along with TIQuA project’s closing conference (22nd of May 2025) and CAFQA annual conference (22nd to 28th of May).
