“Quantum Ready” is a long-term training for trainers (LTToT) that demystifies quantum technologies and digital industries, focusing on what they mean for future jobs and how youth workers and educators can guide young people to navigate (and shape) these changes.

Rather than diving into technical math, the course translates complex topics into clear, ethical, and inclusive conversations you can take back to your classrooms, youth centres, and communities.

Focus Areas: Quantum technology, AI and automation, digital literacy, career guidance, future employability, and ethical technology use.

Key Activities: Non-technical quantum computing workshops, virtual quantum circuit simulations, development of career guidance methodology, ethical technology discussions, and European network building.‌

Participants are from France, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Malta, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Luxembourg.

The Long-Term Training Course “Quantum Ready” is organised by Formation et Sensibilisation Luxembourg (FSL) and funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission, and the Luxembourgish National Agency ANEFORE.
