The Indian Association of Physics Teachers Regional Council 023, Himachal Pradesh, organized a Mega Quantum Quiz, which began on 14th March 2025 (Albert Einstein’s birthday) and ran for 22 episodes, covering all milestones in the evolution of quantum mechanics from 1900 to 2025. It concluded on 9th August 2025, and sustaining this for 22 weeks showed the interest of a very varied group of participants. It was run through a weekly Google form on carefully designed questions, which were validated in advance by the team. However, to make participants’ experience engaging and lasting, 20 booklets—one for each episode—were designed as a teacher resource for implementing this quiz on the fly. The booklet was embellished with relevant pictures for each question. The booklet ended with an answer key and a few quotes by quantum scientists relevant to that quiz. Besides that, a lot of analytics were generated, giving us a pulse on awareness of quantum mechanics within the physics community of students and teachers, and beyond. During the quiz, mid- and end-feedback were conducted to gather participants’ perceptions of the quiz.
