IFIMAC (UAM) Celebrates the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology: Many-Body Quantum Mechanics: More is Better
Coinciding with the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology (IYQ), IFIMAC is organizing a series of talks to commemorate a century of advances in quantum mechanics and its impact on the science and technology of the future.
Throughout these sessions, we will explore different aspects of quantum theory, from its interpretation in condensed matter physics (Quantum Bayesianism – Qbism) to its role in the development of new technologies (Quantum²). We will also discover how quantum light protects information in Hackers vs. Messenger Photons and how many-body systems reveal surprising phenomena in Many-Body Quantum Mechanics: More is Better.
These talks will showcase how quantum principles continue to drive advancements in computing, materials physics, and emerging technologies, shaping the world of the 21st century.
