As every year, the 27th Seminar on Optical Communication will present basic and in-depth educational topics in the field of optical communication. As 2025 is the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology, this year’s seminar will be specifically dedicated to quantum information and communication technology. We aim to raise public awareness of the importance of quantum science and applications in optical communications. Participants will be informed about the latest scientific trends and directions in the industry. The programme will include contributions from established speakers from academia and industry. We will hear speakers from various academic and industrial partners from Slovenia, as well as from several EU countries.
