2025年は、行列力学の誕生によって量子力学の研究が本格的に始まってから、ちょうど100年の節目を迎える年にあたります。本シンポジウムは、量子科学技術のこれまでの100年を振り返りつつ、量子コンピュータ、量子通信、量子計測・センシングなどの先端分野が切り拓く未来社会を展望し、あわせて産官学の交流により量子技術の社会実装を一層促進することを目的として開催いたします。

International Year of Quantum Science and Technology Commemorative Symposium

The year 2025 marks the 100th anniversary of the birth of matrix mechanics, which ushered in the serious study of quantum mechanics. This symposium aims to reflect on the past 100 years of quantum science and technology, envision the future society that will be opened up by cutting-edge fields such as quantum computing, quantum communication, and quantum measurement and sensing, and further promote the social implementation of quantum technology through exchanges between industry, government, and academia.
