IYQ events should be consistent with the IYQ guiding principles:

  • increasing public awareness of the importance of quantum science and applications,
  • enhancing international, multilateral and interdisciplinary scientific cooperation among research institutions, researchers and innovators in quantum science and technology, and/or
  • ensuring a focus on the application of quantum science and technology for sustainable development.

All events can be promoted with the IYQ logo; please link the logo to the main IYQ website, quantum2025.org. To use an IYQ logo, please read the guidelines and download an approved version. Social media posts are encouraged to use the hashtag #IYQ2025.

We encourage event submissions to include a high-quality promotional image (jpg, png, webp, or SVG) in one of the following sizes:

  • 640 x 240 px (4:3)
  • 800 x 600 px (4:3)
  • 960 x 540 px (16:9)
  • 1280 x 720 px (16:9)
